Terms of Service — Vica Abode

1. Overview

This website is operated by Vica Abode ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage with our Services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you may not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

3. Products are made to order

Most Vica Abode products are produced individually after you place your order. Nothing is held in stock. Production typically begins within 12 hours of purchase and takes 2–7 business days depending on the item.

Because items are made specifically for you, orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, and only if production has not already begun. Email support@vicaabode.com as soon as possible.

4. Product descriptions and colour

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours may vary between screens, and handmade or made-to-order items may show minor variation in glaze, print position, and finish. Such variation is a characteristic of the product, not a defect.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full.

6. Pricing and errors

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Despite our efforts, products may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price due to a system, supplier-sync, or typographical error. Where a product's correct price differs from the listed price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment taken.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied and that the details you provide are accurate.

8. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Because our items are produced by different partners, an order containing several products may arrive in multiple shipments on different days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

9. Returns and refunds

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. A continuous, unedited unboxing video is required to make a claim, and claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including designs, artwork, product images, text, and logos — is owned by Vica Abode or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to interfere with the site's operation, or to collect personal information about others.

12. Third-party services

We use third parties for payment processing, production, and fulfilment. We are not responsible for third-party materials or websites, and your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated by us or required by law, our products and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vica Abode and its affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
