We currently ship within the United States only.
How our products are made
Most Vica Abode pieces are made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — your item is produced once you place your order. That means slightly longer delivery times than mass-produced goods, and a piece made specifically for you.
Production time
2–7 business days, depending on the item. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves production.
Expected delivery times
Production plus shipping, from the day you order:
- Table runners, placemats and coasters: 5–10 business days
- Drinkware, bedding, pillowcases and rugs: 4–12 business days
- Lighting and specialty items: 10–20 days
Your order may arrive in more than one delivery
Because our pieces are made by different production partners, an order containing several items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each shipment, and you are only ever charged shipping once.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
- $6.95 flat rate on orders under $75
Delays
Production and carrier times can extend during peak periods (late November through December) and during severe weather. If your order is affected, we'll keep you updated by email.
If your order arrives damaged
Please see our Returns & Refunds policy. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery and require an unboxing video.
